<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Robin Tan is also the son of the tycoon Vincent Tan Chee Yioun, who is a substantial shareholder of BLand.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In separate filings, BLand also announced it has appointed Tan Peng Lam as the group’s independent non-executive director, after he resigned as BCorp’s independent and non-executive director.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In addition, BLand announced that Syed Ali Shahul Hameed has been redesignated as group chief executive officer, succeeding Datuk Abdul Rahim Mohd Zin, who has been redesignated as an executive director for the company.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Previously, Syed Ali was the company's executive deputy chairman.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in BLand finished one sen or 3.57% lower at 27 sen, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM1.35 billion.</p></div>
