<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Marquis is now a 70%-owned subsidiary of GKE and will allow the latter to offer a wider range of third-party warehousing and logistics solutions and services to diverse industrises.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Following the completion of the acquisition, Marquis will acquire the chemical warehouse cum office property located at 7 Kwong Min Road, Singapore in the next three months. It is currently using and managing the property. The property will subsequently be 70% owned by GKE.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The acquisition is immediately earnings-accretive as Marquis is profitable and the profit guarantee of not less than $2.8 million in aggregate for two years, from financial period 1 December 2015 to 30 November 2017, would be an added boost to GKE’s FY2016 earnings.</p></div>
