Given the size of Epsom's Sixth Form cohort, students benefit from a bespoke, personalised university support programme and an open-door policy for after school application support (including evenings and weekends). A dedicated and experienced resident Elite University Tutor will organise seminars with top university graduates and lecturers in chosen subject fields to provide students with a more in-depth look into what to expect from full specialisation in a chosen degree path. For students with aspirations to apply to Oxbridge, Epsom will match students with Oxbridge alumni mentors who will provide an insider's perspective on the application process and 1-to-1 sessions for interview preparation.

An established, vibrant, and active Super Curricular Programme (e.g. debating and public speaking, essay competitions, student-led academic societies such as the Politics Society, the Humanities Society, the STEM society, the Medical Review, Elite University CCA and symposia) will help students to demonstrate passion and commitment to university admissions. A wide range of student leadership opportunities - for Super Curricular initiatives, Academic Societies and charitable events - will develop interpersonal and leadership skills. Epsom provides access to internships thanks to established connections and collaboration with Malaysia's biggest corporates and industry leaders including Air Asia and ECM Libra Foundation, providing students with opportunities to upskill (e.g. Big Pay and Red Beat Upskilling Academy, co-powered by Air Asia and Google).
