Moselle Gardens sits in this thriving new development of Clarendon, a brand new 12-acres mixed use masterplan located between Hornsey and Wood Green in North London, approximately 9km from London’s King’s Cross.

Connectivity

Moselle Gardens is well served by both the National Rail and Underground connections, with 4 stations close by the development and only 9 minutes-walk to Hornsey National Rail station (3 stops to King’s Cross – London’s Tech & Transport Hub) and Wood Green Station (Piccadilly line) with direct connectivity to top London universities such as UCL, LSE, King’s College London and Central Saint Martins in less than 30 minutes.

The Piccadilly line has also direct connectivity to Chinatown, Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace, Knightsbridge and Heathrow Airport.

A proposed Crossrail 2 station (that cuts through North and South of London) is planned on either one of the 4 stations nearby, which will enhance the location further as an important commuter neighbourhood, boosting the area’s liveability and future growth potential.

Demand for new housing

There is currently an undersupply of new housing in London and it is estimated that London needs 66,000 new homes a year to cater to the growing population. Clarendon is located within the wider Haringey regeneration which will see new infrastructure developments as well as expansion of the neighbourhood taking place in the coming years.

The new release Moselle Gardens, takes after its name from the Moselle River which runs through the heart of the development that borders Hornsey, Wood Green and Alexandra Park, is aiming to connect the landscape-led masterplan with nature and heritage, targeting to deliver 71% net gain biodiversity with around 250 trees, parkland, habitats & native planting and green roofs, creating a highly sustainable and low carbon neighbourhood, by offering a village lifestyle to its residents so close to London.

Azure Mansions

Azure Mansions is the first release of 55 apartments of the total 288 units in Moselle Gardens phase, featuring a range of Manhattan, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with all units include its own private balconies. Most apartments have views facing landscaped pocket gardens and some on the higher floors have sweeping city views across London.
