KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 5): Yinson Holdings Bhd has issued a total of RM360 million in nominal value of Islamic notes under its perpetual sukuk wakalah programme of up to RM1 billion.
The group said RM110 million worth of the sukuk was issued on Monday (Dec 5) while the balance RM250 million was issued earlier on Nov 2.
The proceeds raised from the issuances will be utilised for Yinson's capital expenditure, and refinancing of its existing and future financing or borrowings, the group said in a bourse filing.
AmInvestment Bank Bhd and Maybank Investment Bank Bhd are the principal advisers, lead arrangers and lead managers for the programme.
Shares of Yinson fell nine sen or 3.63% to RM2.39 on Monday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM7.3 billion.
