KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 25): Widad Group Bhd saw 3.27% of its shares traded in an off-market deal today.

According to Bloomberg, one block of 80 million shares was traded at 3:23pm for RM20 million or 25 sen a piece. The identities of those involved in the trade are currently unknown.

As at July 18, Tan Sri Muhammad Ikmal Opat Abdullah was the group's largest shareholder with a 69.39% stake, of which 67.89% is held under Widad Business Group Sdn Bhd.

The counter closed unchanged at 27.5 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM675.03 million.
