Elegance of Mozart

Conductor Kees Bakels guides the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra through the iconic musical creations by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Audiences can look forward to Symphony No 35 — “Haffner”, Clarinet Concerto and Symphony No 38 — “Prague”. Special guest Alessandro Carbonare will be playing the clarinet for this moving concert. Jono Zalay

Jono Zalay began his stand-up journey while achieving a doctorate in neuroscience. He has now given up his hobby in science to pursue his passion for comedy full time. Now based in Los Angeles, Zalay has written comedy for Fox and Comedy Central. The Crackhouse Comedy Club KL’s weekend headliner is none other than Azeem Banatwalla, one of India’s top stand-up comics. He is known for his observational and intelligent sense of humour, and has gone on to write for Comedy Central, NDTV and ABC’s Comedy Up Late. Banatwalla has also worked alongside Vir Das and Sorabh Pant. This performer has toured all over the world, even attending the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2018.
