Kelantan Cuisine Festival

Indulge in the fabulous flavours of Kelantan in Mamanda’s Kelantan Food Festival. Having honed her skills in cooking the food of Kelantan, Chef Nik Fatimah will put a spell on the crowd with her nasi kerabu, nasi dagang, nasi tumpeng, and various kueh mueh. The notable chef has served the Sultan of Kelantan, and is now working hand-in-hand with the Malaysian Tourism Board to boost Kelantanese cuisine. Christmas Menu at Deuce

Newly-opened modern European restaurant Deuce does not disappoint with their first Christmas menu. For one night only on Christmas Eve, Deuce presents their exclusive five-course menu, kicking off with three delicious snacks — crispy blini, turkey skin, and clarified bloody mary shooters. The three main courses that follow are as pleasant to the eyes as to the tastebuds, pampering you with the savoury flavours of roasted potato consommé, pumpkin and prawn with cream cheese mousse, and duck breast with blueberry compote. Finish your meal with the old favourite bread and butter pudding, and there you have it – a wonderful dinner that will have you looking forward to next year’s Christmas already.
