<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Deputy public prosecutor Ahmad Akram Gharib told the press that Justice Collin Lawrence Sequerah allowed an application by the defence to postpone the trial, which was previously slated for Feb 18 and 21.

Muhammad Shafee's son, Farhan Shafee, who is also a practicing lawyer, has his wedding set for this Thursday, Feb 20, in Penang. 
&nbsp; 
The rest of the dates for the trial remain as previously fixed by Justice Sequerah — March 2-6, 9-13, 19-20, 23-27, 30-31, the whole of April, May 4 and the whole of June until October, including Fridays until 12.30pm, with the exception of weekends and public holidays for the 1MDB-Tanore trial.

Najib is facing four charges of abuse of power and 21 charges of money laundering involving a sum of more than RM2.28 billion of 1MDB funds.
