PETALING JAYA (July 29): Tropicana Corporation Bhd is offering various incentives for purchasers of four of its projects during Malaysia’s Virtual Property Expo 2019 (VPEX 2019) currently ongoing until Aug 9 at vpex.edgeprop.my.

Among the incentives include zero down payment and 0% interest financing plans, free legal fees for the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) and loan documents, as well as a stamp duty exemption on the memorandum of transfer and loan agreement if eligible under the National Home Ownership Campaign.

The four projects participating in VPEX 2019 are Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya, Tropicana Gardens in Kota Damansara, Tropicana Heights in Kajang and Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, all in the state of Selangor.

Tropicana Metropark is an 88-acre freehold integrated development that has a direct link from the Federal Highway. High-rise residences within the project are priced from as low as RM508,000. The development also consists of commercial phases, a nine-acre central park and the GEMS International School.

Tropicana Gardens in Kota Damansara is a transit-oriented integrated development (TOD) a stone’s throw away from the Surian MRT Station. It comes with residential towers, an office tower and a one million sq ft shopping mall. The residential units are priced from RM650,000.

Meanwhile, Tropicana Heights is a 199-acre freehold township in Kajang which offers a two-acre recreational hub, a market square and a 16-acre central park. Park villas, link villas and semidees in the township being sold during VPEX 2019 are going for RM856,000, RM1.06 million and RM2.1 million, respectively.

Over in Kota Kemuning, the 863-acre Tropicana Aman is also an integrated township development that offers an 85-acre central park, a five-acre recreational hub, the Tenby International School and residential as well as commercial phases. Apartments being sold at VPEX 2019 are priced from RM440,000, while the landed homes are selling from RM1.4 million. The shoplots are priced from RM1.6 million onwards.
