KUALA LUMPUR (April 27): Vivocom Intl Holdings Bhd rose 0.5 sen or 1.6% on the proposed appointment of the builder as main contractor for a property project in Kinta, Perak.
At 9:45am, Vivocom shares were traded at 32 sen for a market capitalisation of RM814.99 million.
The seventh most-active stock on Bursa Malaysia saw some 12 million shares transacted.
Yesterday, Vivocom said it signed a heads of agreement with Green Ventures Development Sdn Bhd for the mixed development on a 3.11ha land. The contract is worth about RM90 million.
The Perak State Government owns the vacant land.
