KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 3): Vivocom Intl Holdings Bhd has completed its share consolidation exercise, under which every 10 shares and 10 warrants have been consolidated into one share and one warrant, respectively.

The consolidated 566.45 million shares and 113.29 million warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia with effect from tomorrow, the group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The group proposed the consolidation in July, citing its large share base and low trading price.

At the close of trading today, Vivocom shares were seven sen or 10.37% higher at 74.5 sen, valuing the group at RM422.01 million. The counter saw 61.08 million shares transacted.
