HANOI (April 10): Vietnam's biggest private airline Vietjet Aviation plans to lift its foreign ownership limit to 49%, from 30%, it said in shareholder meeting material on Monday.

Vietjet said raising the limit would improve the liquidity of its stocks, attract investment and increase the company's ability to raise capital.

The move is subject to approval by Vietjet's shareholders and related authorities.
