UEM Sunrise is planning to launch Phase 2 (Plot B) of Residensi Solaris Parq in Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur, in 4Q2020.

“Buyers should grab the opportunity when we release the final units of Residensi Solaris Parq. They will be able to benefit from capital appreciation,” says UEM Sunrise Bhd director for Central 2 Liong Kok Kit in an email.

“Phase 2 (Plot B) will create more value in the vicinity.

“Residensi Solaris Parq has taken off well — the substructure works are completed and the main contractor is now on board. We are on schedule to deliver the project.

“We have also identified an international architectural firm for the [design] job. We are confident that it will be an exciting mixed-use development comprising a cinema, groceries, retail and F&B outlets, offices and serviced apartments.”

First launched in October 2017, Residensi Solaris Parq has a gross development value of RM765 million. The two 41-storey towers with 576 serviced apartments are expected to be completed in 2022. The launch prices of the units, which have built-ups of 721 to 2,469 sq ft, are between RM873,800 and RM2.9 million.

Facilities include a grand lobby, multipurpose hall, badminton court, tennis court, function room, private dining room, pre-function area, games room, prayer room, lounge, mini theatre, Jacuzzi, 50m lap pool, pool deck, aqua lounge, sun deck, party deck, grill terrace, hammock grove, reflexology path and children’s playground.

The development will have a four-tier security system.

Residensi Solaris Parq is part of Solaris Parq, UEM Sunrise’s final project in Dutamas.

Solaris Parq, which sits on 18.76 acres of freehold land, is an integrated development with a 2-acre park.
