TRC Synergy up 1.25% on RM88m KLIA subcontract

KUALA LUMPUR (March 16): Shares of TRC Synergy Bhd rose 1.25% this morning after it secured a contract worth RM88 million for a subcontract to develop the new Kuala Lumpur Air Traffic Control Centre at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and other locations.

At 9.10am, TRC Synergy rose half a sen to 40.5 sen with 201,500 shares done.

The group told the stock exchange that its unit Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd had received the letter of acceptance from Advanced Air Traffic Systems (M) Sdn Bhd for the subcontract.

The company said the project was expected to contribute positively to its future earnings.
