Trading in shares of China Stationery to be suspended from Dec 5

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 27): Trading in the shares of China Stationery Limited (CSL) will be suspended with effect from 9am on Tuesday, Dec 5.

In a filing with the stock exchanged today, CSL said it had on Friday (Nov 24), received a notice from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for failing to make an announcement on the status updates by 5.00pm that day, as directed by Bursa Securities.  

“In this regards, the trading of CSL's shares will be suspended with effect from 9am, Tuesday, 5 December 2017, pursuant to Paragraph 16.02(1)(j) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities,” the filing said.

At midday break, CSL fell 20% or 0.5 sen to 2 sen, with 32.94 million shares traded.
