In a Bursa Malaysia filing this evening, the group said Lim is being redesignated from executive director, taking over the role from acting MD Liew Chek Leong.&nbsp; 
 
Liew was formerly finance director of Tomypak Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of Tomypak Holdings, and was appointed to present post following the non-renewal of the service contract of former MD Chow Yuen Liong. 
 
In a separate filing, Lim has increased his stake in the group to 13.44% or 14.7 million shares following the acquisition of 12,000 shares on Dec 24, from 13.43% on Dec 19.
