KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM), which got a new group chief executive officer (CEO) on May 1, has revealed more management changes effective May 15.

In a statement yesterday, TM said its financial controller of group finance Nor Fadhilah Mohd Ali has been promoted to group chief financial officer.

She assumed her current post on Aug 16, 2015. Prior to that, Fadhilah was the general manager of financial advisory and business development in group strategy of TM since April 1, 2008. She started her career with TM as an assistant accountant on Aug 2, 1993.

Its executive vice-president of TM government and chairman of managed accounts council Datuk Kairul Annuar Mohamed Zam Zam has been appointed as the chief strategy officer.

Replacing Kairul in his current posts are Azizi A Hadi, who will be the new executive vice-president of managed accounts, and Mohd Roslan Mohd Rashidi who will assume the role of head of TM government. This is in addition to Mohd Roslan’s role as CEO of GITN Sdn Bhd.

At VADS Bhd, Massimo Migliuolo will be handing over the reins to Nizam Arshad as the CEO of VADS and VADS Lyfe Sdn Bhd. With his expertise in the area of the Internet of Things and smart services, Massimo will be providing consultation work to VADS.

The customer advocacy role helmed by Ahmad Azhar Yahya will be embedded into the business, and Ahmad Azhar, who is also the chief digital officer, will be focusing solely on this critical role, reporting directly to the group CEO.

Moharmustaqeem Mohammed, meanwhile, will be taking over the role as CEO of webe.
