KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 16): LBS Bina Group Bhd saw a total of 33 million shares, representing an equity stake of 5.11%, traded off market today for a total value of RM57.75 million.
According to Bloomberg data, the shares were traded in five blocks at a price of RM1.75 apiece, representing a 3.3% discount to the counter’s closing price of RM1.81 today.
On Tuesday, seven LBS Bina directors comprising its chairman Datuk Seri Lim Bock Seng, group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San, Datuk Wira Lim Hock Guan, Major (Hon) Datuk Seri Lim Hock Sing, Datuk Lim Hock Seong, Datuk Chia Lok Yuen and Datuk Lim Mooi Pang announced their intention to deal in the securities of the company during the closed period.
At market close today, the stock closed unchanged at RM1.81, with 3.39 million shares changing hands, with a market capitalisation of RM1.17 billion.
The Lim family-owned private vehicle Gaterich Sdn Bhd is the largest shareholder in LBS Bina with a 51.19% stake as at Nov 8, 2016, while Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) has an 8.77% stake as at Feb 6, 2017.
