KUALA LUMPUR: IGB Corp Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Tan & Tan Developments Bhd has launched its 0.21ha Damai Residence project today, which carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM62 million at Jalan Ampang, according to Bernama.

Tan & Tan’s executive director Teh Boon Ghee said the project comprises 30 units of condominiums of 1,938 sq ft each and are priced between RM1.9 million and RM2.2 million, with one 3,961 sq ft penthouse at RM4.35 million.

"Damai residence features a contemporary design concept. It offers three bedrooms, bathrooms, a separate lifestyle and kitchen, a yard and private lift lobby with four access cards, and two parking lots for each unit.

"The 20-storey development consists of two units on each floor. It is now opened for the bookings," he was quoted by the news agency as saying after the launch of the project here earlier today.

He said 30% of the units were booked during the soft launch last year.

"We expect the project to be completed in December 2017, he said, adding that the company currently has 627.262ha of undeveloped landbank throughout the country.
