KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 22): Tadmax Resources Bhd saw a total of 15 million of its shares — representing a 3.06% equity stake — traded off market today.
 
According to Bloomberg data, the shares were moved in two blocks of 14.6 million shares and 400,000 shares, at 41 sen apiece or RM6.15 million.
 
It is unclear as to who the parties involved in the exchange were, at the time of writing.
 
The loss-making Tadmax had in 2016 announced its plan to transform into a property and power generation player, after tidying up its balance sheet.
 
The largest shareholder of Tadmax is its managing director Datuk Seri Anuar Adam, with a total stake of 30.251%; followed by Datuk Faizal Abdullah (15.064%) and Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing (5.53%), according to bourse filings.
 
Tadmax’s share price closed up 0.5 sen or 1.23% at 41 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM200.59 million.
