KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 16): Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH) has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Y.S.P. Southeast Asia Holdings Bhd (YSPSAH), after disposing of 4 million shares or a 2.9% stake in the company.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the pharmaceutical firm said the Islamic pilgrim fund had disposed of the shares in YSPSAH on Dec 14. It had earlier disposed of some 52,000 shares in the company.

Following the disposals, LTH's shareholding now amounts to 2.93 million shares, representing a 2.17% stake in YSPSAH.

In a separate filing, YSPSAH said its non-independent non-executive director Adi Azuan Abdul Ghani has sold his entire 20,000 shares in YSPSAH on Dec 7 and 8 through the open market.

It said Adi had disposed of the shares at RM2.50 and RM2.51 apiece, for a total value of RM50,100.

YSPSAH shares closed unchanged at RM2.41 today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM324.39 million.
