The recently completed street mall is in the process of being handed over to lot owners, with retailers set to open for business by the first quarter of 2019 (1Q19).

With the tagline “Discover Freedom, Stay Connected”, Sunsuria Forum’s street mall will feature food and beverage (F&B) outlets such as anchor tenant Village Grocer, Baskin Robbins, Subway, Secret Recipe, Tokyo Teppan, Tokyo Don, Alibaba & Nyonya, Tealive, Double Happiness Sekinchan, Artelier Coffee and LN Fortunate Coffee. It also houses a food hall.

Apart from F&B outlets, other retailers set to open include Focus Point and Caring Pharmacy.

Sunsuria Forum will also feature Signature Kitchen (home and living), 19 Hair Lounge (hair salon) and Nufa Aesthetic (beauty clinic) in the office block.

With a total estimated gross development value of RM1.4 billion, Phase 1 of Sunsuria Forum consists of retail shops and small offices, while Phase 2 comprises a lifestyle mall, serviced apartments and Soho suites.

Sunsuria Forum’s commercial component includes a 31-storey office tower of 346 units and a mall.

The corporate office features one-of-a-kind creative working space such as business lounge, open space for community activities and facilities such as a barbeque area, yoga deck, community pod, jogging track and a swimming pool, to facilitate interaction among all occupants of the development.

The retail lifestyle mall will be offering child enrichment centres and day care services for occupants and potential working population in Sunsuria Forum Office development. The lifestyle mall will also be bringing in F&B dining, banquet hall and shopping amenities.

“Complemented by Setia Alam’s unique selling proposition of high property ownership demand, business and job opportunities, provision of education and a wide selection of amenities, we believe Sunsuria Forum is the next integrated living hub that will transform the skyline of the township,” said Sunsuria executive chairman Tan Sri Ter Leong Yap in a statement.
