Woodlandor posted a net profit of RM779,000 in the first quarter ended March 31, 2016, up 125.1% from RM346,000 a year earlier mainly due to better margin product mix and control measures initiated in control operating expenses. However, revenue fell 5.5% to RM7.02 million from RM7.43 million. The decrease was mainly attributable to the trading segment.
The stock currently trades at a trailing 12-month price-earnings ratio of 21.29 times and 0.53 times book value.
