<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The REIT’s net profit dipped 15.5% to RM5.35 million in the first financial quarter ended March 31, 2017 against RM6.33 million a year ago mainly due to lower occupancy which caused the lower revenue. Quarterly revenue fell by 8.4% to RM8.8 million from RM9.61 million. At the current share price, Tower REIT is trading at 0.63 times its book value.</div>
