Green Packet Bhd (-ve)
Shares in Green Packet Bhd (fundamental: 0.35/3, valuation: 0/3) rose four sen or 6.61% to close at 64.5 sen last Friday, when trading of the stock triggered our momentum algorithm for the 13th time this year.

It saw 41.6 million shares done, about seven times more than its 200-day average of 5.97 million shares.

Green Packet’s share price has doubled since May when it was hovering slightly above the 30 sen level. The company, which made losses in four out of its five past financial years, last month redesignated its founder Puan Chan Cheong, commonly known as CC Puan, as its group managing director.

Notably, shares in G3 Global Bhd (fundamental: 1.2/3, valuation 0/3), whose largest shareholder is Green Packet, have also been climbing of late, rising 12% over the past trading week. At its current price of RM2.36, G3 Global, which specialises in the Internet of things solutions and artificial intelligence, is valued at RM978.31 million.
