<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Last month, the REIT completed its RM16 million asset enhancement initiatives at Atrium Shah Alam 2, which is expected to enhance the market value of the property and contribute positively to its future earnings.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The counter is trading at 0.75 times its net asset value. It announced an eight sen distribution per unit for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2015.</p></div>
