KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 12): Solarvest Holdings Bhd's subsidiary Solarvest Asset Management Sdn Bhd (SAMSB) has obtained a two-year moneylender licence from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT).
In a bourse filing, Solarvest said the licence allows SAMSB to undertake moneylending services in relation to solar panel leasing and other related activities.
The two-year licence is effective from Aug 6, 2020 and is renewable upon the submission of an application to KPKT.
Shares in Solarvest finished 4.72% or six sen lower at RM1.21 per share, valuing it at some RM472.65 million. It saw 4.01 million shares done.
