KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 8): After spending less than two years on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market since its listing in November 2019, Solarvest Holdings Bhd will be transferring its listing to Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on Oct 13 (Wednesday).
Bursa Securities said the solar photovoltaic specialist will be placed under the “Industrial Products & Services” sector.
“With the transfer, the stock short name and stock number for the company remain unchanged,” it said in a statement.
Solarvest’s entire share capital of 663.95 million shares will be transferred to the Main Market, together with its 158.46 million warrants — Warrants A 2021/2026 (0215WA).
The group first proposed the listing transfer on Sept 1, 2020.
The counter closed up one sen or 0.77% at RM1.31 on Friday, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM870 million. Compared to its initial public offering price of 35 sen, the stock has jumped some 274%.
