KUALA LUMPUR (March 15): SkyWorld Development Sdn Bhd has launched Tower C (the final block) of The Valley Residences in Setiawangsa, in response to the good take-up rate of 90% of Towers A (48-storey) and B (43-storey) — with a total of 820 units — that were launched on Feb 16, 2020.

Priced from RM558,000, the 54-storey Tower C offers 489 units with built-ups of 1,018, 1,118 and 1,318 sq ft that come with large windows to maximise natural lighting and ventilation. Some of these units are under Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY programme.

Occupying a 4.66-acre (1.89ha) parcel in the larger 13.6-acre SkySierra development, The Valley Residences is its first phase that comprises three towers with a total of 1,309 residential units, while a second phase will consist of a serviced apartment, corporate office and lifestyle mall that will be launched at a later date.

“We understand that KL city’s population is rapidly growing, thus we have designed dual-key units for added privacy constructed with quality workmanship and are ideal for multigenerational living," said deputy chief executive officer (CEO) Lee Chee Seng in a press release. 

Lee added that The Valley Residences will also incorporate an automated waste management system (AWCS) to eliminate pest infestation in the waste storage area.

Facilities include an Olympic-length swimming pool, wading pool, Jacuzzi cove, garden lounge, power MMA gym, aerobic studio, dance/yoga studio, multipurpose hall, stargazing deck, sky theatre, breeze lounge and barbeque corners.

Nearby amenities include AEON Mall AU2 Setiawangsa, Giant Supermarket Setiawangsa, Wangsa Walk Mall, Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, HSC Medical Centre, SK Setiawangsa, Fairview International School, Titiwangsa Lake Gardens and the Setiawangsa LRT station. It is also easily accessible via the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway, Middle Ring Road 2, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) as well as the upcoming Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway, which is under construction.
