KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 15): SkyWorld Development Group will unveil the fifth instalment within its affordable “SkyAwani” series — SkyAwani 5 in Sentul — on Sept 27 on its recently-launched online platform, Click2Own.

According to its COO Lee Chee Seng, SkyAwani 5 is SkyWorld's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative. It is under the state’s Residensi Wilayah affordable housing programme, where only those who fulfil the authorities’ requirements are eligible for the programme. Click2Own is the country’s first online unit selection platform that allows these entitled purchasers to select their units online.

The 2.06-acre development is targeting first-time home buyers. It offers 615 homes in a 38-storey building. With a built-up of 800 sq ft, these units come with 3+1 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

“SkyAwani 5 offers prospective buyers the elements that we usually provide within our SkyAwani series: value-added affordable homes that are easy to access, supported by a network of public transportation options, developed within mature neighbourhoods that are located close to the city centre,” he said.

He added these homes will be accredited by the Quality Assessment System in Construction score. The facilities at the development include an infinity pool, lounge garden, sun deck, outdoor event lawn, gymnasium and outdoor fitness zone.

SkyAwani 5 is easily accessible via major roads such as Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke), Duke 2, Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2, Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Sentul Pasar.
