SkyWorld Development Sdn Bhd will be handing over keys to purchasers of its residential development SkyLuxe on the Park in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur by the end of the month.

According to the developer, the project was completed ahead of schedule and will be certified with the Quality Assessment System in Construction. QLASSIC is used to measure and evaluate the quality of workmanship and finishes of construction works based on Construction Industry Standard.

SkyLuxe on the Park, officially launched in 2016, is one of the most luxurious upmarket developments in Bukit Jalil and is fully taken up.

During a media tour of SkyLuxe on the Park on Feb 13, group chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng said: “Its nature-inspired ‘habitat’ concept takes inspiration from the ant colonies, spider webs, chrysalises, bird nests and bee hives, all of which are reflected in the designs and layouts within the property such as the kid’s play web and sky garden.”

Occupying a 1.85-acre freehold site next to the 80-acre Bukit Jalil Recreational Park and opposite the 165-acre Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort, SkyLuxe on the Park has a gross development value (GDV) of RM411.6 million.

The project comprises two 43 and 44-storey towers with 477 residential units in total. Priced from RM589,000, the 1+1 to 3-bedroom layouts have built-ups ranging from 661 to 1,224 sq ft.

To blend the towers into the 80-acre recreational park, the developer beautified the perimeter boundary with lush landscaping.

“We have invested RM6.5 million in the landscaping of the development to ensure there are enough green spaces, not only within the development but also the outside,” said Lee.

Facilities in each tower include an infinity pool with a floating cocoon, pavilion garden, herb and barbecue deck, gymnasium, sky lounge and roof terrace.

In terms of connectivity, SkyLuxe on the Park is easily accessible via Jalan Puchong, Maju Expressway, Shah Alam Expressway,Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway and Middle Ring Road 2.

SkyWorld has 110 acres of undeveloped land in Kuala Lumpur, with an estimated total GDV of RM11 billion.
