SINGAPORE (Nov 17): Singtel has launched an enhanced version of ReadyRoam 1GB for 30 days.

The telco says this is the first service of its kind to offer seamless multi-destination data roaming coverage across Asia, Europe, USA and Canada.

Singtel says ReadyRoam 1GB for 30 days is ideal for travellers who want to stay connected while travelling across countries.

For example, with ReadyRoam 1GB for 30 days, customers traveling to the US via Japan can utilise their plan when they transit at Narita Airport.

Similarly, customers on a multi-city European vacation can just rely on the ReadyRoam service for all their mobile data needs.

ReadyRoam 1GB for 30 days is now available for 26 countries at S$35 and 11 countries at S$20.

Diana Chen, Vice President of Mobile Marketing, Consumer Singapore, Singtel, said, “It’s the holiday season and many of our customers and their families will be travelling. Our enhanced ReadyRoam 1GB for 30 days will allow them the convenience of remaining contactable via their Singtel SIM card number while roaming seamlessly across multiple destinations.”

Singtel postpaid customers can subscribe to ReadyRoam 1GB for 30 days up to seven days in advance through My Singtel app.

Subsequent data roaming rates are only S$0.019/MB or S$0.034/MB depending on their plan.
