SINGAPORE (Oct 23): After seven straight months in the red, things took a turn for Singapore’s core and headline inflation numbers in September.

Core inflation, which gauges price increments to sectors other than accommodation and private transport, came in at -0.1% year-on-year (y-o-y), according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) released by the Singapore Department of Statistics (SingStat) today.
