KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 13): Launched on Aug 8, Sime Darby Property’s Lumira 2 in the township of Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang is 70% sold. The project is under the Sime Darby Property’s Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign, which features new launches and super deals on properties in different townships every weekend until the end of September.

“We are always striving to help homebuyers make the ultimate investment, especially during these tough financial times. Understanding their need for freehold landed homes, we have included these products, as well as other investable properties, in our ongoing Spotlight 8 campaign,” said Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican in a statement.

“Potential homebuyers are making smart moves purchasing homes during a period that allows them to make maximum savings, thanks to the attractive offers from Sime Darby Property as well as the government,” he added.

With prices starting from RM732,888 for each unit, Lumira 2 offers spacious gable-style homes with built-up areas from 1,903 sq ft and four-bedroom layouts with en-suite bathrooms. Lumira 2 has many facilities such as a community park, playground, multi-purpose court, bicycle and jogging track, open lawn, fitness station, reflexology path and gazebo.

Meanwhile, previously launched on May 29, Lumira 1 is 90% sold. According to the developer, the fast take-up of both phases is attributed to strong demand for freehold, landed homes and an indication of the right product offered at the right price.

Lumira 2 and Lumira 1 are both located within the 4,333-acre Bandar Bukit Raja in Klang and are just doorsteps away from the largest 125-acre town park in Klang (due to open year-end). The mixed township comprises residential, industrial and commercial components, with eateries and retail shops. The township also offers enhanced infrastructure such as underground cabling and covered drainage. Accessible via NKVE, Federal Highway, SHAPADU and West-Coast Expressway, the township has good connectivity.
