PETALING JAYA (March 31): Sime Darby Property’s first product launch of 2021, Dayana in its township of Nilai Impian in Negeri Sembilan, has achieved 100% take-up at its preview launch earlier this month.  Dayana Phase 2 is now open for registration.

Sime Darby Property group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said in a press release: “The overwhelming response to Dayana proves that we are on the right track with our sales and marketing agenda that puts our customers and their needs first. Moving forward, we will continue to focus on residential products that offer great value for money and experience for our homebuyers.”

He added that the positive momentum for freehold and landed properties shows the consumers’ buying power despite the ongoing pandemic.

Dayana comprises 64 units of double-storey link homes and has a gross development value (GDV) of RM27.9 million. Dayana is the first of many phases in Plot 1 in the west of Nilai Impian. The township is directly accessible via NKVE highway interchange 215.

Targeted at first-time homebuyers, young families and empty nesters, Dayana units have a built-up area of 1,734 to 1,846 sq ft and land size of 20’ x 60’, with prices starting from RM498,888. Each unit has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The freehold units are designed and built to fit the needs of multi-generational families living within the mature, well-planned township with many facilities and amenities.

Azmir added: “Our products are well-received by consumers who want to make smart investment decisions as they see the value in the developments we offer. We will continuously strive to meet our customers’ high standards and expectations by offering the right products in the right price range and as equally important, within the best location.”

Due to be completed in March 2023, the new development will have a 1.7-acre neighbourhood park, perimeter fencing as well as dedicated guardhouse for the residents’ safety and well-being. Dayana is also only 1.5km away from Nilai Impian primary and secondary schools.
