KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd, the property arm of Sime Darby Bhd, was recognised as one of the best workplaces in the region winning the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2015 (Malaysia Chapter) award recently.

The award recognises and honours world-class corporations that demonstrates high levels of employee engagement and outstanding work culture, said Sime Darby Property yesterday in a statement.

We always regard employees as our greatest assets and key to maintaining the company’s competitive advantage,” said Sime Darby Property acting managing director Datuk Jauhari Hamidi.

Recipients of the award were judged by an independent panel of industry experts, academics, journalists and government representatives, based on the HR Asia Employee Input Survey Report and the HR Asia Workplace and Employee Engagement Survey.

This latest honour complements its Best Employers Malaysia 2015 award from Aon Hewitt early this year, which recognises employers with committed and high-performing employees, as well as sustainable business goals for success.
