The three financial institutions had entered into proposed merger talks three months ago, which is exclusive for 90 days. 
 
Shares of CIMB closed unchanged at RM6.98 today, while MBSB's share price was down 2.07% to RM2.37. RHBCap shares ended the day 0.35% higher at RM8.70.
