KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 3): Shah Hakim bin Zain, who is the chief executive officer of Scomi Group Bhd, has sold 11.9 million shares in the company via married deal on Oct 1, at 37.5 sen per share, a filing to Bursa Malaysia revealed today.

Married deal refers to transactions executed between two clients within the same stock brokerage.

Following the transaction, Shah Hakim still holds a direct interest of 1.95 million shares or 0.12% of Scomi Group, and an indirect interest of 175.92 million shares or 11.32%.

Scomi Group closed unchanged at 40.5 sen today, with a market capitalisation of RM629.45 million.
