SkyWorld Development Group’s latest development, SkyMeridien, aims to give new meaning to high-rise living with resort-inspired facilities and layouts that are semidee-like.

Located in Bandar Baru Sentul within 5km of the Kuala Lumpur city centre, SkyMeridien is ideal for upgraders from the vicinity looking for a better quality of life as well as city dwellers who want to stay close to KL with the convenience of public transport.

Developed by SkyMeridien Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SkyWorld, the 2.94-acre SkyMeridien is a leasehold commercial development that offers 780 serviced residences in two towers (39 storeys and 38 storeys). Only Tower A has been opened for sale and has sold 70% of its 414 units.

Set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021, the development stays true to SkyWorld’s pledge to build quality homes that command either a QLASSIC or CONQUAS score of more than 70%. It will maintain the track record and commitment displayed by the developer’s completed projects such as Ascenda Residence @ SkyArena in Setapak and SkyAwani 1 Residence in Sentul.

Types A to E of SkyMeridien’s units feature built-ups of 581 to 1,318 sq ft and one bedroom to 3+1 bedrooms. The units will be oriented towards the KL city centre or Batu Caves/Genting and are priced from RM388,000 onwards.

The units come with minimum two parking bays each and both blocks will be serviced by three passenger lifts and one service lift each. The features include an air conditioner in the living area and in the master bedroom, a hot water system and tanks for all the bathrooms, excluding the utility room, Juliet windows (except for Type C) and a fixed glass shower screen for all the bathrooms.

SkyMeridien’s buyers are still eligible for the Home Ownership Campaign 2019 as well as SkyWorld’s SkyHome programme under Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY platform, which offers homebuyers an easy house ownership plan to own SkyWorld’s properties.

The SkyHome programme aims to offer greater flexibility to homebuyers in managing their cash flow as well as purchase of SkyWorld’s properties at a minimal initial cost and low monthly instalments in the first five years, including zero progressive payments during the construction period.

The serviced residences will be on Levels 9 to 39 with 14 units per floor in Tower A and 12 units per floor in Tower B. There will be one level of sub-basement parking and seven levels of podium parking.

Also part of SkyMeridien’s features are Sentul’s first sand beach pool, three types of gyms (aqua gym, outdoor fitness station, indoor gym) and a “multi-sportcilities” area that has a rock climbing area, half basketball court, 3-on-3 futsal court and stretching centre.

The ground floor and Level 8 of the towers also boast facilities, including a sun deck, spa Jacuzzis, sauna and steam rooms, children’s water maze, Olympic-size swimming pool, BBQ pits, spice and herb garden, floating deck, children’s playground and trail games, giant Snake and Ladder Board, family tea-party garden, arcade game room and gathering lounge. There will be a SkyTerrace on Levels 13 and 33.

SkyMeridien will also have a four-tier security system that includes CCTV monitoring of all the parking levels and lifts.

Designed to save energy and resources, SkyMeridien is QLASSIC-assessed. The development has also incorporated an automated waste collection system into its design.
