KUALA LUMPUR (April 27): Seacera Group Bhd has bagged a contract to supply personal protective equipment (PPE) and hand sanitisers to 145 Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd (BIMB) outlets.

The group did not disclose any value for the contract, saying only that a purchase order will be issued as and when the products are required by the outlets over a two-year period.

“The total value of the contract will depend on the actual fulfilment of the services as procured by BIMB outlets during the contract period,” said Seacera in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The group said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the duration of the contract.

Shares of Seacera closed half a sen or 2.38% higher at 21.5 sen today, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM103.57 million.
