Sapura Resources' unit gets permits for commercial air transport services
KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 1): Sapura Resources Bhd’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary AeroManager Sdn Bhd has been granted the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) licence by the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (DCA) and the Air Service Permit by the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM).
In the filling with Bursa Malaysia today, it said this enables AeroManager to perform unscheduled commercial air transport services.
“AeroManaager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sapura Aero Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sapura Resources,” it added.
The AOC and the Air Service Permit will be effective Nov 1, 2016.
At the midday break, shares in Sapura Resources closed unchanged at 95 sen, giving it a market capitalisation of RM132.62 million.
