S P Setia launches Setia NOW campaign

S P Setia Bhd Group recently launched one of its biggest campaigns, Setia NOW, which is targeted at buyers who are looking to upgrade or own their first home.

The campaign, which ends on July 31, features more than 1,600 properties in Malaysia at rebates of up to 48% from selling prices, which start from RM577,000. Other promotions include zero booking fee, zero down payment, zero legal fees and free memorandum of transfer.

The properties offered include residential and commercial properties in the Klang Valley, Johor, Penang and Kota Kinabalu. They comprise condominiums, serviced apartments, terraced houses, semi-detached units, villas and bungalows.

Some of the properties are Elonia (2-storey terraced houses in Bukit Indah, Johor), Setia Sky Vista (condominium in Penang), Aeropod (commercial square and boutique retail office in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah) and Elizabeth Falls Signature (1½-storey bungalows in Setia Eco Park, Setia Alam).

S P Setia has ventured into Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, China, the UK and Japan. As at March 31, it had 48 ongoing projects with total unbilled sales of RM9.8 billion. It also had a land bank of 8,718 acres with a gross development value of RM138.87 billion.
