On Sept 22, S P Setia Bhd launched its third condominium development in Singapore, Daintree Residence, for Malaysian investors at the Setia International Centre in KL Eco City. The five-storey project in Toh Tuck Road, Bukit Timah, has a gross development value of S$485 million (RM1.47 billion).

“Exquisite and elegant, the articulated façade of Daintree Residence is a stunning composition. With elements of a scenic valley, an enchanting rainforest with a ‘Heritage Tree’ and a 35,000 sq ft ‘TreeTop Walk’ that connects your home to an uninterrupted nature getaway, this architectural masterpiece is a true hallmark of design sophistication,” says S P Setia general manager of property division in Singapore Neo Keng Hoe in a statement.

Daintree Residence is in a serene residential enclave that is home to premium schools, entertainment hubs, vibrant markets and parks. It is convenient for travel to and from the city as the Beauty World station is a short walk away, and for those who drive, it is accessible via major arterial roads, including Bukit Timah Road, and major expressways such as the Pan-Island Expressway and Bukit Timah Expressway.

Sitting on 201,510 sq ft, the development will offer 327 exclusive apartments that come in various layouts of 1 to 4-bedroom types, with built-ups of 534 to 1,485 sq ft. Starting  prices are from S$980,000 to S$2.6 million.

The apartments are fitted with imported marble flooring, quality fittings by Hansgrohe and Duravit designer wares. Each unit is equipped with high-quality De Dietrich kitchen appliances and smart home security systems, including a biometric lock system with smart doorbell.

Residents will get to enjoy two swimming pools, hammock bays, spa beds, gourmet pavilions and a heritage lawn.

“As with all our other projects and true to our ‘Live Learn Work Play’ development philosophy, we have included beautiful landscapes with lush greenery,” Neo says.

He adds that Daintree Residence is located in an area with high rental demand. The Singapore government has plans to rejuvenate the area with more amenities and improved public transport.

“We are confident that Daintree Residence has the potential for high returns since the government [is] renovating some recreational facilities, building more public amenities, creating parks and designing cycle-friendly paths for the area.”

Purchasers stand a chance to win cash prizes during the #Setia318 Merdeka Celebration campaign.
