<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the glove maker said it aims to distribute and export the products to the China market via Sinopharm Medical Equipment QuanZhou Co Ltd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Rubberex entered into the agreement today with Titijaya Resources Sdn Bhd (TRSB), which is principally engaged in the trading of medical equipment and products, as well as property development.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The agreement will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the agreement or any extended period as may be agreed between Rubberex and TRSB,” it said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in&nbsp;Rubberex fell RM1.12 or 19% to close at RM4.77 today, valuing the company at RM1.32 billion. The counter has surged&nbsp;by 783% year to date.</p></div>
