KUALA LUMPUR: Rohas Tecnic Bhd has bagged a water supply system contract worth 332 billion dong (RM58.4 million) in Vietnam.

Awarded by Phu My Vinh Construction and Investment Corp, the job entails the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of Hoa Khanh Tay Water Supply System Phase 2, said Rohas Tecnic in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The contract consists of designing and installing transmission main and secondary pipelines to Duc Hoa and north of Ben Luc districts, and expanding the Hoa Khanh Tay water treatment plant capacity from 40 million to 80 million litres per day, it added.

Rohas Tecnic’s share price closed one sen or 1.64% lower at 60 sen, with a market capitalisation of RM285.59 million.
