(April 14): Tan Sri Musa Hassan, who was the inspector-general of police at the height of the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder investigation, today said police must answer the questions asked by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on the case.

The former IGP, in a tweet, said that police must reopen investigations into the 9-year-old murder so that all Dr Mahathir's questions can be answered.

He wrote: "Tun Mahathir tidak melakukan kesalahn beliau menyuarakan pertanyaan harap penyiasatan polis dpt menjawab segala pertanyaan Tun, (Dr Mahathir did nothing wrong in asking questions, hope police investigation will be able to answer his queries).

Dr Mahathir had recently asked who had given the order to the two policemen convicted of the murder, to carry out the deed. – The Malaysian Insider
