KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 13): Ramssol Group Bhd has partnered with training and advisory services company Elmu V Sdn Bhd to expand its IT-related training business. 

In a bourse filing, the group said its unit Rams Solutions Sdn Bhd has inked a marketing and collaboration agreement with Elmu V to promote cooperation in the conduct of legal framework, corporate liability, corruption risk management and organisational anti-corruption plan course. 

Ramssol said the collaboration is expected to provide an additional revenue stream and enhance the group’s earnings base, which in turn will improve its financial performance and shareholders' value. 

Shares of Ramssol closed 1.5 sen or 1.89% higher at 81 sen on Monday (Dec 13), giving the human capital management solutions and technology provider a market capitalisation of RM179.54 million.
