Platinum Victory Holdings Sdn Bhd’s condominium development, Vista Sentul Residences, has been 85% taken up since its launch on Aug 8.
“This project aims to address the growing demand for competitively priced modern urban homes within Sentul and Greater Kuala Lumpur and is targeted at the lower-middle to upper-middle-income group. It comprises two 32 and 45-storey towers with a total of 705 residential units. Due for completion by 3Q2023, the two and three-bedroom units will have built-ups ranging from 689 to 1,216 sq ft. The price starts from RM329,800.

Vista Sentul Residences is included in the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2020, and buyers are entitled to benefits such as stamp duty exemptions on the sale and purchase and loan agreements.
Facilities include a swimming pool, wading pool, children’s playground, barbeque area, games room, laundry room, gymnasium and multipurpose hall. The maintenance fee, including sinking fund, is 35 sen psf per month.
The project is easily accessible via Jalan Sentul, Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway and the Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (DUKE 3), which is under construction.
