KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 22): Phase 2A of Mah Sing Group Bhd’s Carya @ M Aruna, Rawang, comprising 106 units, has achieved a take-up rate of 90% since its launch on Dec 19. Owing to the good response to Phase 2A, the developer has now opened Phase 2B (86 units) for sale.

“We believe the take-up rate for Phase 2B Carya @ M Aruna will be comparable with those of our previous launches. Our landed property segment has been well received and this was reflected for Acacia 2 in Meridin East, Johor, which achieved over 80% take-up at its weekend launch in early December. The positive response shows there are gradual improvements in sentiment and confidence in the property market,” said Mah Sing CEO Datuk Ho Han Sang in a press release today.

Carya @ M Aruna comprises 20ft by 75ft two-storey link homes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and built-ups of 1,700 sq ft each. They are priced from RM560,000.

M Aruna is designed to incorporate greenery and security while living in a low-density development that provides a relaxed ambience for families. 

M Aruna will see the existing Jalan Desa upgraded from a single two-way lane road to a double two-way lane road. The proposed 1.4km road will provide convenience and improved accessibility to the nearby amenities and cater for the anticipated traffic growth in future.
